Komatsu Forklift offers a strong warranty to keep your equipment moving. Our standard warranty is simple: All Komatsu products are covered under a standard warranty agreement so that you can be confident in your investment.

Additional coverage is available beyond our standard warranty to help extend the life of your machine. Whether you are looking to enhance machine resale value or protect your investment beyond the standard warranty, we are here to help you decide which option best fits your needs.

24 months / unlimited hours standard warranty coverage*

Two years of unlimited hours of standard coverage cannot be beaten by any of the other top forklift manufacturers.

Although most of the top manufacturers offer 2 years of standard coverage, they all put a cap on the number of hours with most of them covering up to 4,000 hours. 

Komatsu covers you for an unlimited number of hours, making it the longest warranty in the market.

K-CAP - Komatsu Customer Advantage Plan

This warranty applies to all other Forklift models except FR Reach Trucks:

• 2 Years / 3,000 hours standard warranty coverage
• 5 Years / 6,000 hours drive train coverage
• 5 Years / 10,000 hours on wet disc brake systems

K-CAP+ - Komatsu Customer Advantage Plan PLUS

This warranty applies to all BX50 models including 3,000 to 6,500 lb. capacity electric, 3,000 to 6,500 capacity cushion tire, 3,000 to 35,000 lb. pneumatic tire forklifts:

• 2 Years / Unlimited hours standard warranty coverage
• 5 Years / 8,000 hours drive train coverage
• 5 Years / 10,000 hours on wet disc brake systems
